BOXING CONDITIONING

Wai Cheung teaches this Boxing class, focusing on correct technique and efficient movement, whilst developing your cardiovascular fitness, speed, agility and quickness.  This is a contact-based class, hitting boxing pads (not each-other), with dynamic and explosiveness movements.

MAT PILATES

Wai Cheung teaches this Mat Pilates class, amongst a team of Pilates instructors, and utilises a variety of small equipment such as flex bands, light weights and flexi-balls, designed to challenge and improve your core strength and posture.
